Return and Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We only accept product returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The warranty seal must not be torn or faded.
  • The purchase invoice must be readable and include full details: purchase date, product name, and authorized dealer.
  • The defect originates from the supplier or is caused by a technician due to incorrect installation.
  • The product must be intact, without scratches, and include all accessories, original packaging, warranty card, and promotional gifts (if any).

We will not process returns or exchanges if any of the above conditions are not met.

1.1. Timeframe for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Product Returns: Within 24 hours of signing the "Delivery Receipt," customers can return the product for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
  • Product Exchanges: Within 7 days of use from signing the "Delivery Receipt," customers can exchange the product for one of equal or higher value.

If the product has "no defects" or the defect is caused by the user, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. The customer will bear the repair costs.

2. Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Supported

We do not support product returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged due to improper use, failing to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  • The customer does not provide all required documents listed in Section 1, such as a missing invoice or proof of purchase.
  • The returned product has scratches, dents, or torn packaging.

3. Return and Exchange Process

We will process returns and exchanges according to the following procedure and timeframe:

  • Send an email to Smeg Vietnam Customer Service at .... or call the hotline at .... to speak with our warranty support team regarding your request.

  • After receiving the request and required documents, within 10 days, we will proceed with the return or exchange process.

  • Customers need to provide the following documents to facilitate the process:

    • Proof of purchase from Smeg Vietnam: sales invoice, delivery receipt.
    • A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
    • Additional information as requested by Smeg Vietnam.
