Shipping Policy

We sincerely appreciate your interest in our products and services. We always strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. In particular, we have designed a flexible delivery service to ensure that you receive your products at the desired time (depending on product availability). Detailed information regarding the delivery process and related terms will be provided.

Please note that we only offer domestic delivery within Vietnam and do not provide international shipping services.

Standard Delivery Time:
Delivery within 3 - 5 business days for large home appliances such as (refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc.). Free standard shipping service. Delivery time:

Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM)
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays

For online orders from Smeg Shop:
Delivery within 3 - 5 business days for small home appliances such as (kettles, toasters, blenders, stand mixers, etc.). Free standard shipping service. Delivery time:

Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM)
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays

The delivery time provided by Smeg Vietnam is only an estimate. We will make every effort to meet your preferred delivery time, depending on the availability of our delivery staff.

All orders placed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will be processed on the same day or the next business day.

All orders placed after the end of the working day (after 6:00 PM) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the date your order is processed.

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange delivery. You may cancel your order before confirming the delivery arrangement, but a management fee will apply. Please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy for more details.

Please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery date. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, depending on the availability of our delivery staff.

A re-delivery will be arranged only once per purchase within seven (7) business days, but fees may apply for a third delivery attempt.

If you are unable to receive the order, we will require you to collect the purchased items within 60 days (limited to small home appliances and accessories) at our designated Service Center located at: ....

Failure to receive or collect the purchased items within 60 days will result in order cancellation, in which case we will cancel your order.

Delivery does not include installation for small home appliances and coffee machines.
