Terms and Conditions of Purchase

The buyer of the product described herein (whether purchased online through our e-commerce website or otherwise) agrees to purchase the aforementioned product from Smeg Vietnam under the following terms and conditions:

1. Ordering, Acknowledgment, and Order Confirmation

By placing/confirming this order, the buyer agrees that the terms and conditions contained herein shall apply and be binding on the relevant parties. The buyer shall be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of this order only when:

• This order is properly completed and submitted to Smeg Vietnam; and
• The acknowledgment and subsequent confirmation of this order are issued to and received by the buyer.

2. Order Modifications

The buyer has the right to modify this order, provided that such modifications are communicated, received, and acknowledged by Smeg Vietnam within the timeframe specified in our order cancellation policy.
Smeg Vietnam will use reasonable efforts to comply with the requested modifications. In cases where compliance is not feasible, Smeg Vietnam will notify the buyer, and both parties will engage in good faith discussions to resolve any outstanding issues to their mutual satisfaction.

3. Shipping

Delivery and Receipt Arrangements

Smeg Vietnam or an authorized delivery agent will contact the buyer to arrange delivery, and the buyer must be available to receive the order according to the agreed delivery schedule.
Smeg Vietnam will deliver the goods in the agreed quantity, within the agreed delivery schedule, and at the specified cost. Please refer to our Delivery Information for further details.

Delayed or Incomplete Delivery

If delivery is not made in the quantity stated in this order and/or within the agreed delivery schedule, the buyer may cancel this order or extend and modify the delivery time according to their rights and remedies under the law and this purchase order against Smeg Vietnam for non-delivery or any other damages/losses incurred.

If Smeg Vietnam fails to deliver the purchased goods within 30 days from the delivery date due to reasons beyond its control, the buyer may send a notice of termination of this purchase contract to Smeg Vietnam within five (5) business days via email at ....
If the purchased goods are not delivered within the aforementioned notice period, this purchase contract will be terminated upon the expiration of such notice period. However, the delivery time shall not be an essential factor of this purchase contract.

Inability to Deliver

If Smeg Vietnam is unable to deliver the purchased goods for any reason, including stock shortages, transportation difficulties, or other reasons, they will notify the buyer as soon as possible via the phone or email provided by the buyer and use reasonable efforts to deliver the purchased goods within a reasonable period after the delivery date.
The buyer agrees that Smeg Vietnam shall not be liable for any costs, charges, or damages resulting from delayed delivery.

4. Basic Installation and Handling

Delivery does not include installation for the following purchased items:

• Small household appliances
• Coffee machines

5. Tax Invoice

Upon request, Smeg Vietnam will issue an electronic tax invoice for the purchased and delivered items and send it via email to the buyer after the completion of delivery.
The above tax invoice will serve as proof that the described item matches the one delivered to the buyer.

6. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

The buyer agrees that the risk and ownership of the items shall be transferred to the buyer once Smeg Singapore delivers the purchased goods and the buyer receives them.

7. Order Cancellation and Returns

Smeg Vietnam acknowledges that the buyer may request to cancel this order or return the purchased items under any circumstances outlined in our Order Cancellation and Return Policy.

8. Warranty

By accepting this order and delivering the purchased goods, Smeg Vietnam warrants that the delivered items will be free from defects within the scope of the product warranty under our Product Warranty Policy.
Smeg Vietnam ensures that the sale and delivery of the item in this order comply with all applicable laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in effect at that time.
Smeg Vietnam does not warrant that its online shopping website will be free from errors and available at all times. Smeg Vietnam will use reasonable efforts to ensure the website’s availability with minimal inherent errors.

9. Our Products

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will accurately reflect the product’s colors. Your product may slightly differ from these images.

Although we strive for the highest accuracy, all dimensions, weights, capacities, and measurements stated on our website are subject to a 2% tolerance.
The product packaging may differ from the images displayed on our website.

All products displayed on our website are subject to stock availability. We will notify you via email as soon as possible if the product you ordered is unavailable, and we will not process your order.

10. Pricing / Promotions / Complimentary Gifts (if applicable)

Smeg Vietnam reserves the right to modify the value of complimentary gifts if the originally offered gifts are out of stock. Complimentary gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for credit, cash, or any other form of compensation under any circumstances, whether in whole or in part.

Smeg Vietnam does not guarantee the quality, performance, or suitability for any purpose of any promotional gifts and shall not be liable for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, personal injury, or property damage arising from or related to the promotion and/or redemption or use of such gifts.

Smeg Vietnam reserves the right to initiate, terminate, modify, withdraw, or replace any promotional program at any time without prior notice and without the need to disclose any reason or provide any compensation.
Smeg Vietnam’s decision on all matters relating to any promotional program is final, conclusive, and binding on all purchase transactions, and no correspondence regarding redemption allocation or otherwise will be entertained.

11. Other Terms

As mentioned above, Smeg Vietnam may, from time to time and through its authorized agents, offer chargeable services for old household appliance disposal (for purchased items intended as replacements), installation services, and product demonstration services. 12. Governing Law

The aforementioned terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
